Langoustines tortellini

with lobster bisque, piment, pickled funnel chanterelles & herbs.

3rd course

Beef tenderloin en croûte, truffle pommes Anna, truffle mystique, celery purée, and onions with parsley

End the evening with a serving of pineapple tart with vanilla ice cream, tonka syrup.
